FACTOR Legislative Day, October 29th

“Beyond the Line Item Budget- Serving Fayette’s Families and Children When the Shoestring is Already too Short”

FACTOR Legislative Day is an annual event we look forward to as we meet with our State Legislators   and share information from Fayette service providers.  This year our format will be round table discussions around issues including healthcare, hunger, youth workforce development, children at risk (to include developmental disabilities & foster care).

Program topic: Building a More Effective Collaborative Through Technology.

This will be an interactive meeting exploring most effective ways to blend our need to share resource information, upcoming activities and training opportunities through the wonderful world of technology.  Please RSVP to Becky Smith bsmith719@bellsouth.net.  There is a $2 requested donation for meeting expenses.

GA Family Connection statewide network of 159 county collaborative organizations with a collective goal to improve the quality of life for Georgia’s children, families, and communities.

     The mission of FACTOR is to coordinate resources by bringing all areas of the community together to build a safe ,healthy and drug free Fayette County  through education, networking, and advocacy.


    Our regular meetings are the fourth Monday of every month, barring holidays. Public is welcome to attend.
