FACTOR collaborative is a 501 (C) (3) non profit organization comprised of community leaders that include families, local business and civic leaders, faith-based and school-based organizations, and public/private human services providers. FACTOR collaborative membership coordinates a planning process that identifies community needs and resources, sets goals and priorities, evaluates strategies and practices, and measures and reports quality of life improvements for Fayette County.
