Membership is open to any person or organization/agency/business living in or serving Fayette County who desires to work within the framework of a community collaborative to improve the quality of life of all citizens within the community. FACTOR Executive Committee and Finance Committee worked very hard in FY2008 to create a reasonable introductory Membership Program. Dues are not required for participation at collaborative meetings. They are required to utilize the Membership Benefits. All collaborative participants- paying members or not- are encouraged to become an active member of one of the many working committees.

Regular Membership Dues:

FACTOR uses category levels to determine partner membership dues. Your FACTOR dues will be determined as follows:

Regular Membership Benefits:

• FACTOR will list your organization as a Partner in activities and events your group participates in
• FACTOR will include your organization’s web site link on their website
• FACTOR will offer educational seminars and work shops to you at a free or reduced rate
• FACTOR will offer an opportunity for you to show case your agency at provider service fairs or other events
• Access to community assessment data and other data gathered by the organization relating to serving the needs of families
• Eligibility to seek funds from the FACTOR organization to assist your agency with special initiatives
• Public policy updates affecting the local Fayette community
• Access to FACTOR’s online community resource guide
• Opportunities to connect with nonprofits and other helping agencies throughout the county
• Oportunities to have input into FACTOR’s strategic planning process

Sustaining Membership:

Any FACTOR Partner may join as a Sustaining Member. This membership is entitled to all of the benefits of a regular membership. In addition, this type of membership will receive a plaque from the organization recognizing them for their support of the work of the Fayette FACTOR organization. A flat rate of $100.00 will apply.

Dues for both categories are payable 7/1 of each year and will be renewable 7/1 of the following year.

Participants in the collaborative meetings only and are not paid partners are FACTOR ASSOCIATES.

ALL ATTENDEES AT A COLLABORATIVE MEETING WILL BE EXPECTED TO PAY $2.00 FOR MEETING EXPENSES AND LUNCH.
